What I'm Reading

I love to read about food, and this book is making me hungry. Dalia Jurgensen writes about giving up her staid, dependable job to become a chef. I winced as she wrote about burning herself on creme brulee. Laughed at her involvement with co-workers (been there, done that!), and relished the tales of what really goes on behind the scenes of a restaurant.
